Many pet owners have understandable concerns about individual cremation and whether the ashes returned are truly those of their own pet. After working with several crematoriums, we chose PCS  for their exceptional tracking system, which provides complete transparency and ensures a genuine individual cremation. This guarantee is essential to us—and to our clients—which is why we only partner with a provider that upholds the highest standards of care and accountability.

When your pet passes, you want peace of mind that they are treated with care. Our individual cremation service ensures your pet is cremated alone, and the ashes you receive are only theirs. Choose from a selection of urns, caskets, or keepsakes to honour their memory, with a certificate of cremation included for reassurance and comfort.

Complimentary Keepsakes Included

To provide a small, lasting source of comfort at such a difficult time, our individual cremation option includes complimentary memorial keepsakes. These are carefully prepared to help you hold on to a tangible reminder of the companion you loved. Each item is handled thoughtfully and prepared with the same compassion we would want for our own pets. 

Your complimentary keepsakes include:

•  Your pet’s ashes, returned in a dignified presentation container. 
• A certificate of cremation.
• A ink paw print, creating a unique impression of your pet’s paw, where possible.
• A lock of fur, where possible and appropriate. 

Communal / Routine Cremation is when your pet is cremated together with other animals. Because this is a group process, the ashes can not be kept  separate. The crematorium respectfully handles the communal remains by scattering them in a designated memorial gardens. 

This option suits families who do not need  ashes returned and prefer a simple, respectful process, that is also the most affordable cremation choice.

EXTRA CHARGES:

1. Transportation fee to a chosen crematorium - starting from £30, depending on location.
2. Evening charge 7 pm to 10 pm - £50.
3. Overnight visit charge 10 pm to 7 am - £100.
4. Saturdays  - £60.
5. Sundays and Bank Holidays - £100.
6. Emergency / Immediate visit - £100.
