Many pet owners have understandable concerns about individual cremation and whether the ashes returned are truly those of their own pet. After working with several crematoriums, we chose PCS for their exceptional tracking system, which provides complete transparency and ensures a genuine individual cremation. When your pet passes, you want peace of mind that they are treated with care. Our individual cremation service ensures your pet is cremated alone, and the ashes you receive are only theirs. Choose from a selection of urns, caskets, or keepsakes to honour their memory, with a certificate of cremation included for reassurance and comfort.
Communal / Routine Cremation is when your pet is cremated together with other animals. Because this is a group process, the ashes can not be kept separate. The crematorium respectfully handles the communal remains by scattering them in a designated memorial gardens.
This option suits families who do not need ashes returned and prefer a simple, respectful process, that is also the most affordable cremation choice.
